It is a fact that many long term acne suffers also suffer from a soem form of psychological distress especially for those teenager and young adults. Acne is known to make people feel worthless, damage their confidence, make them feel depressed and to some extend, hopeless.

    • Something that is unavoidable when it happend. The fact that causes more damage than anything else is that you must grow out of acne. Teenager and young adults whose hormones may balance as you pass puberty but it will not remove the harmed skin and emotional scars left by acne skin on their face.  Many dermatologists have many treatments for acne skin. You could even go to the local drug store and pick up an effective acne treatment remedy. Nobody needs to live with this horrible problem such as acne on their face.

    Acne myth 6

    • The other myth that’s been around is that sunbathing is good for acne treatment. Which by the way may be half true, the sun will dry up your oils, but as soon as your skin adapts it will over produce oil. So maybe this is a very short term method but not able to sustain its effect. The side effect with the sun that researchers believe is the fact that it increases your risk of skin cancer.

    In conclusion, if you have a acute acne problem especially on your face,  I suggest that you read enough from various source and apply something that do not ahve any side effect example: form, a habit to have face wash, keep skin clean and watchful on food consumption. It situation do not improve, seek advise from a skin specialist or dermatologists.
